What do I receive when I purchase an AI Brand Snapshot?

You receive a one-time professional PDF report containing verbatim AI responses about your brand from multiple AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini). The report includes snapshot metadata, execution details, and prominent disclaimers. This is a point-in-time research artifact, not a monitoring service. View a sample snapshot to see the report structure and format.

Is this automated monitoring or continuous tracking?

No. The AI Brand Snapshot is a one-time, manually executed service. Each snapshot is admin-executed and reviewed by the founder before delivery. There is no automated monitoring, no continuous tracking, and no ongoing access to dashboards or tools.

How are AI platforms selected and queried?

We use a controlled observation process (G1 Observation Engine) with predefined prompt sets to query selected AI platforms. Observations are executed manually, timestamped, and recorded verbatim. As official APIs become available from AI platforms, we intend to integrate them to improve accuracy and coverage, subject to governance review and testing.

What is NOT included in the beta snapshot?

The beta snapshot does NOT include: (1) Automated monitoring or continuous tracking, (2) Self-service access to tools or dashboards, (3) Scoring, trend analysis, or recommendations, (4) Guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or representativeness, (5) Remediation or implementation services. The snapshot is informational only and should not be considered authoritative.

How accurate and complete are the observations?

Observations reflect AI system responses at a specific point in time using predefined prompts. They are NOT comprehensive, authoritative, or guaranteed to be representative. AI responses vary based on context, timing, and platform updates. We clearly label all observations as 'informational' and include prominent disclaimers. Accuracy and coverage will improve over time through deeper integration with official AI platform APIs.

Because each snapshot requires manual execution and founder review, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] if you have concerns about your snapshot quality or accuracy.

Will there be subscription options in the future?

Potentially. We are exploring monthly or quarterly snapshot delivery options with trend analysis and historical comparisons. Any subscription offerings are subject to governance approval, testing, and technical feasibility. See our Roadmap for more details.

Technical & Methodology

What AI platforms do you query?

Currently, we query ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini using controlled observation techniques. Platform selection is based on availability, relevance, and governance constraints. As official APIs become available, we intend to expand coverage and improve accuracy.

How do you ensure observation quality?

Each snapshot is manually executed by the founder using predefined prompt sets. Observations are timestamped, recorded verbatim, and reviewed for quality before PDF generation. We do not edit, summarize, or interpret AI responses—they are delivered exactly as received.

Why don't you provide scoring or analysis?

Scoring and analysis frameworks (like our planned AI Representation Risk Index) require extensive testing, calibration, and governance approval. During beta, we focus on delivering raw observations without interpretation. Scoring and trend analysis are planned for future phases, subject to governance review.

What are the limitations of the current methodology?

Key limitations include: (1) Observations are point-in-time snapshots, not longitudinal tracking, (2) Prompt sets are predefined and may not cover all relevant queries, (3) AI responses vary based on context and timing, (4) Coverage is limited to selected platforms, (5) No statistical validation or confidence intervals are provided. We disclose these limitations prominently in every report.

How will API integration improve accuracy?

Official API access to AI platforms will enable: (1) Standardized query execution with consistent response formats, (2) Expanded coverage to more platforms, (3) Improved reliability through direct platform integration, (4) Potential for automated observation runs (subject to governance approval). However, API availability, terms, and rate limits are controlled by platform providers—we cannot guarantee access or timelines.

Data & Privacy

What data do you collect about my brand?

We collect publicly available information about your brand (website URL, business name, industry) to generate observation prompts. We do not access private databases, CMS systems, or confidential information. All observations are based on publicly accessible data.

How do you store snapshot data?

Snapshot metadata (brand name, timestamp, prompt set, observations) is stored in our secure database. PDF reports are generated on-demand and delivered through the admin dashboard. We do not share, sell, or distribute your snapshot data to third parties.

Can I delete my snapshot data?

Yes. Contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of your snapshot data. We will permanently remove all associated records (metadata, observations, PDF) within 30 days.

Do you share data with AI platforms?

We query AI platforms using your brand name and related prompts to generate observations. These queries are visible to the AI platforms we query. We do not share additional data beyond what is necessary to execute the observation prompts.

Support & Feedback

What if I have questions about my snapshot?

Email us at [email protected] with your snapshot ID and questions. We typically respond within 24-48 hours. During beta, we welcome feedback on snapshot quality, accuracy, and usefulness.

Can I request custom prompts or additional platforms?

We actively seek beta user feedback. Email us at [email protected] with suggestions, concerns, or feature requests. Early adopters have a direct line to the founder and product development process.

Will you notify me when new features are available?

Yes. If you've purchased a snapshot, we'll notify you when significant new features (API integration, scoring, subscription options) become available. You can also check our Roadmap page for updates.

Technical Deep Dive

How Snapshot Accuracy Improves Over Time

Current Beta Methodology

The AI Brand Snapshot currently operates through controlled observation queries executed manually against selected AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini). Each observation run uses predefined prompt sets designed to elicit brand-related responses under consistent conditions. Observations are timestamped, recorded verbatim, and reviewed by the founder before delivery. This approach prioritizes governance, transparency, and quality control during the beta phase.

No claim of completeness or authority is made. Beta snapshots reflect a limited sample of AI responses at a specific point in time. They are informational research artifacts, not comprehensive audits. Coverage is constrained by platform selection, prompt design, and manual execution capacity. Observations may not represent the full range of queries users pose to AI systems, nor do they account for contextual variations in AI behavior across different use cases, geographies, or user profiles.

Pathways to Improved Accuracy

Future accuracy improvements will emerge through staged integration with official AI platform APIs, subject to availability, governance review, and technical feasibility. These improvements are directional goals, not commitments, and depend on factors outside our control—including API access terms, rate limits, and platform provider policies.

Deeper API Integration

Official API access to leading AI platforms would enable standardized query execution with consistent response formats, reducing variability introduced by manual observation methods. API-based queries can be logged, versioned, and audited systematically, improving reproducibility and traceability. However, API availability is determined by platform providers, and access terms may restrict certain query types or impose usage constraints.

Expanded Prompt Coverage

Systematic expansion of prompt sets would increase the breadth of observations captured in each snapshot. This includes industry-specific queries, competitor comparison prompts, and edge-case scenarios that reveal how AI systems handle ambiguous or contested information. Expanded coverage requires iterative testing to ensure prompts remain neutral, non-leading, and aligned with governance principles.

Consistency Checks and Historical Comparison

As multiple snapshots accumulate over time, longitudinal analysis becomes possible. Historical comparison would allow identification of trends, shifts in AI representation, and anomalies that warrant investigation. Consistency checks across platforms and prompt variants would surface discrepancies that inform refinements to observation methodology. These capabilities are not available in the beta phase and require infrastructure for secure storage, versioning, and comparative analysis.

Governance and Staged Rollout

All accuracy improvements are subject to internal governance review, which evaluates risks related to data integrity, user privacy, platform compliance, and representational validity. New methodologies undergo testing in controlled environments before deployment. Staged rollout ensures that changes are validated incrementally, with rollback mechanisms in place if issues arise.

No guarantees are provided regarding timelines, specific API integrations, or feature availability. Accuracy improvements depend on external platform cooperation, technical feasibility, and alignment with governance standards. The beta phase establishes baseline methodology and quality controls that inform future development, but the pace and scope of improvements remain subject to ongoing evaluation.

Why Trust This Now, and Why Later Will It Get Better?

Beta snapshots provide value as documented, timestamped observations of AI responses under controlled conditions. They offer transparency into what AI systems currently say about a brand, with clear disclaimers about limitations. Trust is earned through honest disclosure of methodology, constraints, and governance principles—not through claims of completeness.

Future improvements will increase coverage, consistency, and reproducibility through deeper platform integration and systematic methodology refinement. However, the fundamental value proposition remains unchanged: transparent documentation of AI brand representation, delivered with integrity and subject to continuous governance oversight.
